      Pros

      Friendly office environment, everybody knew each other really well, bosses give you a lot of responsibility and you're able to work closely with clients and gain a ton of experience

      Cons

      Insane hours. I was an unpaid intern and was working anywhere from 60-90 hours a week. I was told I would be working 9 hour days which was not the case.

      Pros

      Something new every day, love to meet the crews from the tours that come in, FANTASTIC in-house production team, lots to learn but everyone loves to help

      Cons

      Work days can last up to 17-20 hours, and you need to mentally prepare for that. The pay is higher than minimum, but it's still very little at the end of the day.

      Pros

      Exciting environment Room to grow Passionate people genuinely seeking to improve the experience for both the fans and the industry as a whole

      Cons

      Extremely poor renumeration packages. While this is par for the course though the industry, Live Nation are allowing a lot of talent to slip through their fingers as employers leave to earn higher amounts (at least 50% in most cases) in other sectors. LN might want to consider being the exception to the rule.
