      Pros

      Lots of perks-- free concert tickets, really cool office with a nice break area, schedule was very flexible, laid back environment, casual dress and an opportunity to network with other music industry professionals

      Cons

      Lack of any structure, no training whatsoever, upper management was frankly incompetent. A lot of favoritism... it was very obvious who was liked by management and who wasn't. Extreme lack of communication. New positions constantly being created, combined or eliminated so nobody ever knew what their role was.
