      Fast paced and fun environment

      Pros

      Young work crowd, nice decor, flexible hours, fun business, access to House of Blues and free passes to some concerts

      Cons

      lack of privacy, noise level, no older people at all, some junior managers fresh out of a 4 year university.

      Single worst employment experience of my adult life!

      Pros

      Tech-heavy company -- good for programmers (they're considered GODS!) Easy commute --- light rail or freeway

      Cons

      Clueless upper management -- they know tech, but not people Salaries range from poor to miserable Company doesn't give a rat's arse about customers, despite all the lip service. Company is clueless when it comes to User Experience or Human Factors --- they run about 12 years behind the times on their technology, with no idea how to catch up and no desire to do so.

      - Potentially an exciting market to work with - Work and Life balance is good - Projects very manageable and not difficult to complete

      Cons

      - Little recognition or communication from management - Slow influx of new projects - Interns not compensated - Creativity allowed but not encouraged - No room for new hires
