      Stable recession proof business model. A job for skilled tech workers. No one is going to hold your hand. Plenty of growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Fast paced organization - big businesses with large requirements. Challenging to navigate delivery impacts in changing technology environment. Can be stressful on some teams, but your manager will make or break your experience.
