      Filled with great, hardworking, and smart people Medical, dental, vision coverage Fitness reimbursement 401k Match Stock grants

      Cons

      Can be a little slow to increase salary Reactive instead of proactive sometimes in regards to employee attrition. Many great contributors have moved on to "better" job offers/opportunities.

      - Work/life balance - Flexibility to WFH whenever (even before COVID) - Liverampers are such nice, friendly and helpful people, on top of being talented of course - Great (free) snacks, fruit, breakfast, lunch - Possibility to grow within the company - Macro managing been my experience from day 1

      - Products and solutions are VERY complex and takes time to learn

      I can't believe 5 years have flown by so fast. That is one of the best parts about this company, there is so much to do and so much to learn in an ever changing landscape that keeps you on your toes every single day. I can't wait to see what happens next!

      Hard and challenging work that can lead to burnout, so you need to remember to take care of yourself before that happens.
