Pros

- LiveRamp provides great learning opportunities in the ad tech/mar tech industry. - Good pay, good benefits, 401k match. Very cool office space. - LiveRamp has a strong hold on the market and if certain milestones are hit will remain the industry leader for years to come.

Cons

- Too much internal growth too quickly without the proper internal people structure in place to sustain it. - Management does not listen to their employees hence such a large attrition problem within the Success Org. (Attrition issues all around in the company). - There is no straight line to promotions or raises. The promotional structure that was laid out is extremely subjective. There are different standards for different employees. - Tons of internal road blocks preventing many tasks from getting accomplished in any type of timely manner. There is a big lack of ownership of responsibilities from org to org. You can spend weeks (even with management help) trying to find someone to answer a question. This can make the job extremely frustrating and makes for a challenging time when trying to manage client relationships. - Internal workflows are constantly changing and communication of those changes is insufficient. - Several duplicative processes which make the job much more tedious and arduous than it has to be. - Lack of transparency with internal org changes. - Specific to the CS org, changing the entire variable comp plan 2 weeks before the end of Q is a bit unethical, especially when the change has the entire team getting a fraction of what they were on target to receive.
