Pros

- LiveRamp treats employees with respect and fosters a great company culture! - Structured opportunities to professionally improve (enroll in leadership courses, communications courses, etc.) - Social events to encourage employee satisfaction (even virtually, in the midst of a pandemic - magicians, trivia, cooking classes, etc.) - Opportunity to learn about very complex systems and processes in a fast-paced industry - Flexible work - remote, hybrid, and in-person options - Great pay and benefits - Trust in employees - Diversity efforts and events - employee resource groups such as Black@, RampAbility, Equal@, AAPI@, Latinx@, Women@

Cons

- The complexity of products can lead to the creation of a large knowledge gap between people who work directly with the products and people who work indirectly with the products. This can cause friction between teams. Depending on the team, it can take anywhere from three months to multiple years to understand what is actually going on - Recent attrition rates have hurt morale, though this seems to be happening at many companies with the covid job market bounce-back

Has Potential but Witnessing Concerning Factors

Pros

decent pay for industry opportunity to shine and really make a difference since it’s a smaller company stock options random benefits like fitness reimbursement

Cons

poor health insurance options compared to other companies I’ve worked at - premiums and deductibles are still high some teams seem to have it together but most are in shambles due to lack of organization at the senior level to clearly define roles have witnessed huge turnover and everyone spends a lot of time arguing about who owns what task rather than getting things done limited training depending on your team so the expectation is that you should know how to do everything without any mentorship and jump right into work not to mention I’ve witnessed 3 POC get fired at a whim with no notice … one of these days that’s gonna turn into a lawsuit if that pattern continues

Thank you for sharing this perspective and voicing your opinion. It’s feedback like this allows us to see where we may be falling short and how we can provide more transparency with the team. I will personally be sharing this with our leadership and see if we can make headway in this area.
