Pros

LiveRamp checks so many of the boxes for an exceptional place to work & thrive. For me, working with thoughtful, innovative, humble and fun teammates tops the list. Next is a culture that empowers it's employees to build better solutions (internal or external) that have real impact. Finally, I've been impressed with the leadership team's vision and execution, especially during these challenging times. I have been especially appreciative of the efforts made towards keeping us all connected as a company during COVID, leaning into correcting underrepresentation in our company, industry and beyond, and continually innovating our products. I'm challenged in my job in the best way, feel supported in the work I'm doing, continually learning, and I'm excited about our future. On top of all of that, our benefits are awesome (actually expanded with extra support during work from home), and work-life balance is manageable and encouraged by leadership.

Cons

Like any company at this stage of maturity, we have opportunities for improvement. I'm happy to see that many of those are already being addressed, and the outlook is very encouraging.

LiveRamp has a great product

Teammate - Your review indicates that you've been with LiveRamp for over five years—*thank you* for all you've done to help us learn, grow, and win during several of our most dynamic chapters in our history. Your experience matters greatly, and I agree that it's essential for leaders to stay connected to our broader team. To that end, I'd like to invite you for a virtual coffee to talk through what you're seeing and strategize on potential next steps. I hope to hear from you! - Brandon

Pros

-Such flexible PTO, work hours. You'll never feel bad if you just need to take day to unwind -Get to touch many different aspects of the development process -Managers want to see and help you grow -Good people work here -Overall, a good day-to-day job

Cons

-Tech leadership seems to be deaf to engineer concerns -Huge number of senior engineers have left in last few months (concerning) -Unnecessary restructuring of teams leading to knowledge loss and low morale -Been waiting months for the "new" guidance for promotions/growth -We allow large clients to basically do what they want with our tech, which makes maintaining it more difficult -A huge amount of knowledge is needed to even get a sliver of understanding about what we do -Like any tech company, diversity is very low

Fellow LiveRamper - Thanks for sharing your experience—and as importantly, for all your work helping scale our platform. On the topic of the engineer job level/growth schema: It's a complex project that I know our CTO wants to do well vs. quickly, with the goal of shipping at the end of this quarter. I'm sure that he'd welcome questions or ideas on this topic, or on your broader reflection about changes on your team. As we say: feedback is fuel. Thanks again for raising these points. - Brandon
