      Having a great time and learning a lot!

      Pros

      Work with a lot of smart people Free to discuss with anyone what they're working on and learning how a small company works Get a lot of freedom for when you want to work (though long hours are expected, most people choose to do it) Cool technology that deals with the core of AdTech

      Cons

      Not as mature of a company, so might not have the same on-boarding process as a larger company

      + Strong culture of collaboration - no barriers of communication or information sharing between teams + Fast growing company in a fast growing space + We offer a very cool product to our customers + Fun offsite and onsite activities + Flexible work hours as well as flexible job responsibilities

      - Explaining the product to friends/family can be a difficult process - Can't think of anything else, I love working here

      Pros

      The people. Everyone is nice, smart, and has a good team spirit. The expectations are high but everyone helps each other out because we're all trying to build a great company/product together. The future is bright. LiveRamp is growing rapidly and building great technology. Great place to work and particularly to be an engineer.

      Cons

      I enjoy this but it's a very fast paced environment. I thrive on it but for some it may be stressful.
