Pros

Trust in everyone to do what they say and follow through, lack of politics and ego, very few official rules to follow, a commitment to solving issues without pointing fingers, lack of bureaucracy, approachable leadership, accountability from everyone, ability to make honest mistakes without fear of reprisal, and a competitive salary. In addition, great activities and teaming events that are constantly available.

Cons

Work-life balance can be a challenge at times in a high-growth business, but that is true of just about any tech sector company today.

Pros

- Lots of smart people, tightly knit engineering team. - Acxiom acquisition has had almost no negative impact on LiveRamp so far. - Every employee is very valued.

Cons

- Work/life balance is hard to maintain, many people stay fairly long each day. - Hard to get in. The hiring pipeline is very efficient and strict, almost no-one passes through.
