Pros

Overall I'm very happy working for LiveRamp and I consider myself lucky to have found such a good fitting job. The main reasons for this are: + Very stimulating environment + Awesome coworkers + Challenging and interesting projects + Flexibility and freedom + Intelligent and reasonable managers + No politics and minimal bureaucracy + Very successful so far + Terrific location

Cons

- Work/life balance is not easy to achieve - It's very difficult to demo or even explain what the product does

Pros

Amazing team - smart, hardworking, super nice. Feels like a (high functioning) family. Great culture of growth - there is no ceiling on the responsibilities you can take on. As someone who graduated from a small liberal arts school, with little industry experience before starting here, I can't imagine a better place to nurture and grow my abilities.

Cons

Not a con as much a note on culture but if you're looking for a 9-5 job, this is not it. People work hard. You don't need to pull 12 hour days to be successful but you do need to be there when the team needs you.

Pros

Smart folks, great office location, work/life balance. Free lunches on Monday/Wednesdays. Engineers seem to be pretty tightly knit. Other 'startup' perks.... free snacks, drinks, pool table, etc.

Cons

Company offers only one feature solution, and doesn't necessarily do it well. I know that they have been desperately trying to hire people for various roles across all responsibilities. One thing they are big on is their engineers coming from a 'Top Engineering school'. Kinda elitist line of thinking but whatever. If you are interviewing, be cautious.
