Pros

The company is using the mainstream tech stack for Cloud DevOps/SRE so you won't get bored. The team will invest in you and ask you to further hone your skillset by giving you a task that is relevant to your expertise.

Cons

As of now, been only for 5 months here, so far none... the only comment I have is we have to improve our communication, synchronization and openness with other engineers not only in one region but globally.

We have an ever growing group of awesome LiveRampers that we get to work with each day. Work / life balance is a constant struggle across the board but I do recommend speaking with your manager or HRBP about ways to better manage the balance (as best possible).
