Pros

Pay if I have to pick something. There are a few basic, non-people manager level team members that have incredible personalities and are welcoming. Beyond that I struggled to find the pros

Cons

As someone on the people team I regularly had team members bring issues to my attention that I tried to voice to senior leaders, the only problem is THEY WERE THE PROBLEM. I heard about instances of employees being cussed at, threatened, sabotaged. I witnessed multiple employees leave on mental wellness leaves due to stress, physical illness due to stress and unsafe environments in the workplace. My hands felt tied so I finally quit. Run, don't walk away from this company. They hide it well during the interviews, but you will quickly discover things are toxic and senior leaders can't be trusted - specifically the marketing and sales teams.
