Pros

* Absolutely Incredible People - Some of the brightest and hardest working people in tech work here. * Incredible Autonomy - There are no managers, only coaches who are allergic to micro-managing. Each day you feel like you're owning something important to the company's future and others are only there to support you. * Important Vision - Unlike other companies in this space, LiveRamp's vision is truly transformational to the industry. We're either going to be universally important in 5 years or miss completely, either way it's exciting :)

Cons

* Product Confusion - People (both internal and external) are often confused what our product is/does. My parents often don't understand what I do. * Client Importance / the Middle Man role - By the nature of the product, LiveRamp sits in the middle of a lot of marketing transactions. This makes the role we play incredible important so if anything goes wrong (even if we're not to blame) fire-fights tend to ensue.

Pros

LiveRamp is a high growth company that provides employees opportunities to wear many different hats, tackle interesting projects, work across multiple departments. We still maintain a very high caliber for talent which leads to us hiring more slowly than we would like but overall strong contributors and teams. Flexible working hours, unlimited PTO, remote work options and good medical benefits. Salaries are strong but LiveRamp seems slow to move in keeping employees market competitive on compensation front.

Cons

LiveRamp (and Acxiom) are both very male management focused companies. While this is slowly changing, there still seems to be a bias for promoting and hiring men for management positions. Would be great to see benefits around gym memberships, child care subsidies.

I'd love to chat with you about your concerns and figure out what we can be doing better to ensure that we get better female representation in management positions at LiveRamp!

Pros

LiveRamp epitomizes all the positives of a start-up culture: - Amazing, dedicated people and company culture - Commitment to innovation - Lively atmosphere - Great perks - High growth/always highering

Cons

It also falls victim to many of the pitfalls of a growth phase company: - Work/Life balance is very tricky if not impossible - There is always more work than time - High stress - Constantly understaffed
