      Pros

      Smart engineers, conscientious and hardworking people, fun and respectful culture. Business outlook is very good, current leader in growing niche market. Open, no-nonsense, no-politics culture. CEO is extremely well connected and renowned. Very stable financial position.

      Cons

      Typical chaotic startup environment, high impact/responsibility/revenue type of projects and corresponding pressure, too few engineers and many large high priority projects

      Pros

      * Great co-workers. I really enjoyed working here because I felt like each person knows his stuff, is intelligent, and is happy to share what they know. * Open. There were no barriers between teams. If I needed to work on something it was easy to find the person I needed. * Pleasant atmosphere. You were rewarded for doing things right, and everyone there seemed to actually care about doing the right thing. It's pleasant to work with people who you can trust.

      Cons

      * Working at a company involved in online advertising means everyone thinks you're the scum of the earth.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere. My coworkers are focused, but not in a strenuous manner. Everyone is very friendly an approachable. Interesting technology. Good heiarchy structure. Growing fast. Flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Explaining the product to friends or other people is not the easiest thing to do. Fringe benefits are not as good as a big company like Google, but they are as good as one could expect for a company this size.
