Pros

Overall 2.5/5 stars for : The amazing people & amazing work culture. great perks & Work-life balance Motivating C-suite team Perks - Fitness Reimbursement ($100/month) + Commuter Reimbursement ($75 for commuter card, more if require parking) + Free Lunch + Snacks + 6% 401K Match + $750 WFH Setup, Fertility / Adoption assistance, Rocket Lawyer, Mental Counseling Subsciption, Positive Work Environment, etc.

Cons

- Low career growth opportunies, unless started working from day 1 from LR - No dedicated technical mentorship for engineers, only techno-managerial mentorship from managers. - In-experienced manager (great with technical, not with people management) not able to give promotion, but getting promotion. - Low base pay, RSUs given but stock value down, bonus (started giving recently) - Chill company, if you want to work super-hard, avoid joining, there might be less guidance. Join if looking for work life balance

Pros

People are chill, work-life balance

Cons

Gazillions of lines of code, all based on an antiquated tech stack, impossible to get anything done, a wonder it hasn't collapsed like a stack of dominos. Compensation is pretty bad given recent stock performance, and there's a lot of attrition as a result. Leadership has focused on hiring engineers in cheaper-cost-of-labor countries; but no one at the company is really good at cross-timezone communication.
