I’ve worked for LiveRez and the CEO for over 10 years, and it has been great! The company has experienced exponential growth over the last 10 years, and continues to grow. Working with the CEO has been great, as I’ve been able to witness first hand his great passion for the company, his genuine care and concern for the people that work here, and his determination and leadership to ensure we stay cutting-edge so our customers can thrive in their businesses. He is able to make hard decisions when they need to be made in order to protect the company, the employees, and the customers. As with any place of employment, aligning your loyalty to the company and its vision, setting aside self-interests for the betterment of the company, and making a commitment to the success and future of the company are vital. Flexible work hours and working arrangements. Goal driven, scrum teams. Careful but not adverse in adopting newer technologies into their stack. Welcoming of new ideas from anyone in the company. Smaller development team sizes and fewer teams than large companies makes the work environment enjoyable. Great people to work with.
