Mission driven company with people that care about their work and helping others. A significant amount of support available to help you be successful. Competitive pay, regular growth opportunities and transparent leadership. High performers are noticed and rewarded. Family first company, with flexibility for work life balance.

Cons

Everything is fast moving, if you are not an independent thinker, flexible, and able to adapt you will struggle. There are high expectations for performance. This is not a work from home role where you will be successful if you are looking to spend your days not working.
