CEO is short on vision, unfocused, and lacks the ability to execute an effective strategy which filters down to other leaders.

Pros

The idea behind the mission is cool and when possible you do important work. Also, there are some amazing people sprinkled throughout the not so good senior leadership and management.

Cons

A lot of the management are not good people to work under. They have no empathy nor do they know the basics of conversation with employees. Case in point they told us the lay off right before Christmas was a surprise. Surprise when? It wasn’t. They don’t care about there employees.be care a lot of people smile to each other but then talk about each other behind their backs.

-no organized structure starting from the top down -Job duties change everyday without and clear concise instructions from leadership - No transparency as more than half of workforce laid off after being told jobs were safe until the new year -a lot of personality hires and friends or relatives being chosen to stay over performance -typical tech start up with false promises
