LiveText, Inc. is a great organization for individuals with growth mindsets who understand the importance of change and being able to manage change in order to continue to grow within his/her role and with the company as a whole. The company offers an open office environment which is great for collaboration with other team members/departments. This is a team of strong-minded professionals who are passionate about education, so as you can imagine, discussions can be lively. On the benefits side of it, the company has summer hours, once a month Friday Happy Hours, and a week off between Christmas and New Year as just some of the perks. Expect to work hard and feel accomplished.

What I find most exciting about working at LiveText is the commitment to providing professional development opportunities. I feel like I am in an environment where I can engage with complex problems in a collaborative and meaningful way that leads to solutions that make a positive difference for my clients. It has been over 8 years at LiveText and I feel that I have grown tremendously from where I started. This growth is a direct result of the coaching, feedback, and confidence I have received from my co-workers and managers.
