Pros

I’m really happy with the work here. The mobile team is growing, and the people are nice to work with. Leadership is transparent and communicates clearly with the team, keeping things straightforward for everyone. Liven is made up of 5 different companies that have merged, and they are planning a lot of exciting things. There are good challenges for the engineering team, and the company encourages us to use AI, which helps us learn and get things done faster. It’s great to be part of it! The product team is also growing, making it an exciting place to work.

Cons

Documentation could be improved. Better documentation would help with the knowledge transfer (KT) process and onboarding.

Thanks for the detailed review and feedback. Leadership works hard to be transparent as possible particularly in the high speed of a scaling SaaS company. We have 3x company all hands (30 mins every Monday 90 mins Demo day every second Friday to conclude the sprint). Documentation and training is a company OKR for this quarter which we will need support from the Dev/Prod teams. We will be firing up Rippling LMS for onboarding new starters, compliance/capability and help us with change management and deploying new products.
