Opportunities for career development and growth. Exposure to diverse roles and responsibilities. Valuable experience gained in managing important clients and projects.

Cons

Abrupt and unclear reasons for termination. Lack of transparency in decision-making processes. Issues with compensation fairness and appreciation of contributions. Inconsistent management practices, as evidenced by contradictory actions (being let go and then asked to return temporarily).

- Huge pay gap between old team & new hiring - Keep changing the goal, okr & product every couple of weeks to attract investor money - Unclear org structure after acquisition, and Liven itself has the worst impact culture throughout any other group, led by super motivated to the point delusional leader - Power trip & arrogant behaviour of one of P&C team

The organisational structure is unclear after the acquisition Leadership needs to delegate responsibilities to senior team members for better impact
