Pros

As a CSM, you learn every bit of the business. Great to see and learn more about the product you're advocating for. You also get to see the growth as you manage your accounts and always great to see work come to life. You get to own your work, manage your own set of customers and be part of an amazing team that supports and empowers you. As we've been growing, there has been more clarity in what we do and how we do it.

Cons

There are some adhoc tasks here and there but as long as you prioritise and set clear expectations it's all good.
