-Team is incredibly passionate and dedicated. -There's huge potential for growth here. -Liven embrace an iterative approach to continuously improve. We have a fantastic tech team with a great mindset. -The OKR system ensures transparency across the board. -Management is truly committed to integrating AI into our processes, something I haven't seen in other companies. I really appreciate this effort.

- Executing well and solving problems creatively is consistently rewarded by management - Lots of agency given to technical teams - Flexible remote-work policies - Clear articulation of (constantly evolving) company-wide strategy, and how that affects your work and priorities

Cons

- At times, moving fast and giving high agency to teams comes at the cost of clear requirements - Historically poor at translating new product development into clear and aligned offerings for customers
