I wouldn't recommend working here due to it's poor culture. Company culture is deeply troubling, characterized by pervasive micromanagement and lack of recognition for employee's skills and contributions (no salary raise even for people who worked there for more than a year). No room for being critical, you're more encouraged to be a yes man and just do whatever the upper management say which leaves little room for autonomy and creativity. P&C management is poorly executed, leading to further dissatisfaction and inefficiencies within the team. There is no training for leaders, managers, even P&C team were provided which proofing that leadership training was provided in a previous comment's review is a total lie. Company only choose person who they like to be leaders or managers, don't ever dream to get career opportunities here. Everyone in Bali is looking for another job; 10 people in 2 months, not including the Australia team. Company lost almost 30 people in just 6 months, it's surely an obvious red flag. Just RUN, SAVE YOURSELF.

Stubborn execs micro managing, no dialogue possible Huge tech debt (python 2 is the main language of the monolith, whole product is full of features that never made it) No real direction except "We are the best, let's make money" Huge turnover, the good engineers don't stay long. Lack of transparency. 0 perk. Company is barely surviving, despite exec pretending everything is well (without giving numbers) we can tell how much they are struggling to meet ends.
