Pros

Supportive and collaborative team with approachable colleagues. Opportunities to learn new technologies and work on diverse projects. Flexible work environment with a good work-life balance. Management is open to feedback and encourages professional growth. Exposure to modern tools and real-world business challenges. Friendly culture with a positive and inclusive workplace. Good autonomy and trust to own your work.

Cons

Career progression and promotion paths could be more clearly defined. Some projects move quickly, leading to shifting priorities. Cross-team communication can occasionally be improved. Documentation and internal processes could be more standardized. Workload may fluctuate depending on project deadlines. More structured learning and mentorship programs would be beneficial. Compensation and benefits could be more competitive for certain roles.

Pros

Liven may not be the flashiest startup compared to some Indian players, but it is stable and offers meaningful work. The team is great and valued highly. Managers understand the importance of work-life balance, and when needed, everyone comes together to achieve goals and celebrate successes This is a place for self-starters who will be greatly appreciated. The management is invested in transparency, with weekly all-hands meetings and bi-weekly Demo Days to give shoutouts and celebrate new releases and updates, fostering visibility across this global company. The products are excellent, and engineers will find the challenges exciting. If you’re interested in working in a startup environment, keep an eye on our TA's profile for new roles. This is a great place to work if you value meaningful work and living your life over fancy perks and amenities.

Cons

The onboarding and knowledge transfer (KT) sections could be improved, as the vast amount of information can sometimes be overwhelming. The majority of work follows Australian time zones, which might be challenging if you're a night owl.

Pros

You can work from home and get by without doing much

Cons

Completely disorganised and chase the new thing whether crypto or AI. Unable to do it well, it's just to attract investor money. Tech debt makes adding new features difficult. Some good people in the company but the good one doesn't stay long and get replaced with cheap people in Bali or India. No company culture. Hasn't paid super since June!
