Pros

Got to look at beautiful furniture all day

Cons

Management treats you like its a commission environment. Living spaces gives perks like giving staff a food truck on occasion but in the end they don't let you have conversations with your coworkers and make you hawk clients making it an annoying sales job that "Isnt commision" but makes you act like it is.

Pros

The hourly employees are all great, hardworking people and are great to work with. The culture is so fun. Great work/life balance.

Cons

The company pays people the very lowest on their internal pay bands, which are already low. They often go back on their word when it comes to compensation or incentives and don't acknowledge why. They are for themselves first and foremost, even though they continuously say the employees are their passion. They ask employees to put in 110% with the bare minimum in recognition and rewards, other than a weekly lunch. They say they promote from within, but they pay external candidates far more than internal promotions. They don't value their employees. They say a lot of things, but their actions never measure up. Absolutely zero transparency and poor communication.
