Pros

Free lunch on Weekends, Weekly Pay, Free coffee and sodas, made some good friends. That's all.

Cons

Non-commissioned sales but treated like you are on commission, fighting over guests, no training for managers. The discount is awful. I am happy I never bought anything but it's not like I made enough to be able to. No benefits unless you are full-time but its more expensive than Obamacare and not as good. One person will tell you one thing and another will tell you something different. I was told by the store manager that I could transfer to different department because mine had the toughest goals and I couldn't keep up. Then I was told by the Sales Manager (under him) that you are gone if you can't keep up. No pressure. Non-commissioned. It is a lie. I had two leads dating each other trying to keep it under wraps. There was tons of favoritism. People would just disappear, vanish without warning. And the scheduling was the worst. They would change your hours but not tell you or schedule you on a day that you had requested off and got approved for but if you weren't there then you got the points. They will fire you without warning for no reason at all. I wish I never applied here. Had I stayed it would have been worse to have it on my resume then it would to have no job history. The worst 5 months of my life.

Pros

Drinking on the job is encouraged if you are in the right departments. Lunches exceeding 3 hours are a great perk. If you know the right people, vendors give out great incentives like free vacations and tickets to ball games as well as concerts and all tax free!!!

Cons

They don't really care about their employees unless you have personal connections to the upper management. Maybe this is why alcohol is so ready available in the corporate offices.

Pros

Being lucky is the way of survival at living spaces. Great friends to find here very friendly. You advance only to fire you in near future. Mngm is full of BS.

Cons

First let me say the lack of management there are very non smart or be considered a manager, they hire most of there past work staff from there previous employer. They don't like employees that have been with the company for many years, so they get rid of them. They make the floor as a commission environment even if you don't do commission. Bonus are dumb, sales managers are more dummies. No respect for sales team team, not a value. The sad part of this company will not go any further.
