Pros

- Diversity place with lots of experienced colleagues. - High pays overall. - Provide lunch on Saturday/Sunday.

Cons

- No clear training structure/guidance for new hire, they simply ask someone in the same position/level to train a new hire. - Lack of mutual respect between higher level of management team, all the supervisors go behind each other a lot. - They do not rotate days off, so if you are looking for a flexibility here, it's non-existent! No one is allowed to switch shifts, and if you call out/request off, you will not be able to work another day to make up for hours. - Unhealthy work environment leads to inefficiency in work performance. - Received a lot of unhappy feedback from sales team during first week of work, but nothing was escalated or discussed for improvement.
