Pros

The customers are what makes Living Spaces great. No pressure selling - Employee discounts.

Cons

All the custom Furniture used to be made in the USA. Now they get their frames from Mexico and fabric from China. They are looking to let the higher paid employees go and will be moving customer service to Panama. Salary is low and most work from Paycheck to Paycheck due to not making commissions. There are no cost of living raises. Huge turn over. Unless you are a minority, it is very hard to get promoted. Most of the original managers and the ones that cared end up quitting or going on leave of absence for stress.

Pros

Casual dress code, flexible schedules.

Cons

management isn’t very helpful, very few leads are helpful. if a guest requests a manager they look for every excuse to not take the calls.
