      Pros

      The pay was competitive. The benefits and bonus structures in place are great.

      Cons

      Company is not structured around supporting the support departments like the Operations or Brand departments. Most of the support and training tools in place are solely geared around sales. This leads to a very frustrating and negative environment. Sales floor is not commission based but corporate has set in place metrics that cause distention and anxiety among the team. Does not create a team environment to be around.

      Pros

      Good looking showroom. Free soft drinks for all employees. Decent schedule

      Cons

      Clan-like team environment. Unprofessional Management. Real Interior designers beware: If you think that as a visual you are going to be designing anything, forget it. You basically walk the showroom and put things where they are placed on the plannogram that corporate hands down to you.

      They offer free food on the weekend.

      Cons

      The management team is constantly badgering the sales staff to produce sales. They create a hostile work environment that puts way too much stress ob the sales team. Every sales person is forced to wear a radio, and is subject to management's scare tactics to produce.
