Pros

Very little pros. Place is a slave farm

Cons

Want you to work like you’re being paid on commission, but you’re not. Can’t sit down and end up walking 12 -13 miles a day having to walk the race track. Management literally spies on you if you sit down and is threatening. Horrible work environment. Run as fast as you can for from working here.

Lack o Growth

Pros

The people! They work really hard and are the best. Unfortunately, management fails to appreciate the team.

Cons

Benefits and compensation are not competitive! Mediocre Facilities: conference rooms are not sound proof, constant ceiling leaks, coffee machine broken, no ice machine in the break area, outside break area is dusty and located in the old docking area so it’s an eyesore, lack of meal options for breaks (even in the surrounding city since it’s located near a lot business parks and fast food is the only option). No growth or development opportunities: Despite the constant survey feedback suggesting the need for development, we were basically told no promotions were occurring within the next 2 years yet the company continues to grow/open more stores. Management fails to acknowledge all the hard work and efforts that are put in from a merchandising/planning perspective. Instead, there’s an attitude that it’s never enough and we’re not working as hard as the retail team.
