      There is a major focus on employee feedback. Opportunities exist for career growth as the company expands. Team members are given the tools to succeed in their role. The atmosphere is energetic, and you are surrounded by genuinely nice people. The company adapts to meet business and team member needs.

      The company works towards continual improvement, and practices are occasionally changed as needed. This requires an openness to change from team members.

      Environment that conducive to both personal and professional growth. Tons of opportunity and a job where they truly care about you as a person and not just a number. Competitive Pay, Benefits and an actual Work Life Balance which is pretty rare in retail.

      Cons

      Growing company going through normal growing pains. Not everything works and we have to try things out. You must be very adaptable.
