      Pros

      The growth opportunities are endless with the leadership support all around you in all areas of the business. This company genuinely cares about the success of each employee and will invest in their career road map. The CEO is brilliant yet very humble and generous to the employees. Free lunches are offered on the weekends, company picnics, fun monthly events, awards and recognition always given, health benefits & 401k plan. The company is constantly looking at how to streamline process and improvements internally and simplify for mutual benefit of the customer and employee.

      Cons

      Many layers of management teams however all working towards the same goals. Health benefits could be a bit more competitive in the marketplace.
