Not a negative but a lot to learn.

After a change in the GM, many of the team members felt a shift in the culture that the previous GM worked so hard to create. Many left the company altogether because of the lack of support from leadership. If they want to maintain what little reliable team members they have, I suggest that they look at the root of the problem: their management.
