Pros

Not many! Food on the weekends. Uniform shirt and small chance for a bonus?

Cons

Mandatory available to work weekends, and holidays, sometimes 12 hour days, is not uncommon. Very difficult to request time off. Lack of training. Turnover of management is constant. Earpiece you wear makes it difficult to concentrate on your customers. Chatter makes it even more difficult to ask a question? Pressure to sell, sell, sell to keep your numbers up. Noncommissioned store is like a car dealership which causes the sales force to be back stabbing. No loyalty from management. Sales persons claim to be interior designers and are NOT!!! Very small employee discount, and not permitted to buy anything on sale, marked down or discontinued or a floor model even if you don't use discount, it is terms for termination!

Pros

Great people, reasonably flexible hours. Offer benefits to employees and monthly bonuses. Great job for college students and the hourly is much better than other stores.

Cons

Expect you to sell like you are on commision when you are not. Upward movement is slow and it's still retail you are working weekends.

Pros

Great food on the weekends, the benefits are awesome as well.

Cons

Management is very un professional. The leads are never on the same page and do not take responsibility for their mistakes. New hires were given weekends off while employees that have been there are still required to work bith weekens days. The call center is to small and very dark we're sharing desk and having our private property stollen. We are severely under staffed and the work load is very heavy leaving us to be unable to assit fully with our guest.
