Pros

zero stress - positive, encouraging management.

Cons

there are none since I've been working - ok, the scheduling software does not take into account individual preferences. But that issue has since been worked out.

Pros

Great support team to work with

Cons

Other departments do no like to co-operate with support departments. Lack of unity between sales team and support teams. Management always has a bi-polar sense of expectations with sales members and support team members.

Pros

Living Spaces is expanding and growing into a major player in the home furnishings industry with many opportunities to advance a career. The talent level of management and support roles in corporate are some of the best in retail. The organization listens to its employees and really tries to make decisions to improve sales, culture and process. Pay is weekly and we have the opportunity to bonus with yearly merit increases and raises. They give back with catered meals and company-wide events. We also donate to organizations that support veterans and families in need. I truly enjoy working for such a forward thinking company! We work hard but the culture is great so I'm happy to give it my all! If you are looking to make an impact and have great talent, take Living Spaces into consideration. I wish I would have started sooner!

Cons

Being in retail, you have to be adaptable and flexible with new ideas or initiatives. The company sometimes moves so quickly that changes are not always communicated perfectly. Health benefits are expensive and we don't always bonus.
