Business Outlook
Pros
Great team environment makes you feel happy to go to work, the company cares about your opinion and concerns. Non commission but with monthly sales goals to attain, they provide great training. Pay is competitive and best of all is that there's growth opportunities.
Cons
Even though it's a non commission environment you still have goals to attain, if the goals aren't met the company let's you go. But they give you plenty of time and training to get you ready. Monthly bonus are good but it's equally divided among the sales team.. I think supervisors should make more since they have more responsibilities.
