Pros

The provide Great benefits and compensation. They also provide lunch on weekends and holidays so they sales staff doesn’t have to leave the building to eat.

Cons

The consistency amongst management needs improvement. The goals and tasks change so frequently that it is hard to adjust to some, example: I went from running the sales floor (literally engaging customers and coaching associates) to the front door greeter.
