Pros

Catered Food for lunch on the weekends.

Cons

Managment was terrible. It was like high school and if you didn't make it in to their group there was no point in trying to move up.

Pros

Living Spaces took a chance on me with limited experience and has truly shaped and developed my career path. From corporate to retail, there are many different directions your growth can lead you to. The quality of the furniture is impeccable and makes it easy to represent the brand with your best effort. Retail enjoys complimentary weekend lunches and fun company events throughout the year. Corporate environment is relaxed and friendly. The company is headed in the right direction and I am excited to be apart of it.

Cons

Benefits package for families could use some work. The individual plan is not too bad. As with most retail, you are expected to work weekends. Consider giving rotating weekends, or even once a month off for better work/life balance for our hard working employees.

Pros

The company seems to be transitioning "typical retail" with mainstream and making it fun (company provided meals on weekends)- keep it up! Good product selection, something for everyone. Advancement is available for everyone.

Cons

Leadership at every level. Believe the other cons you read. I don't think they have a business plan or direction at mid or senior level. Overall poor communication to all teams. Not sure who is in charge or who makes decisions that impacts others. Its a "wait and then hurry up and do it now", knee jerk reaction. Interview process was so frustrating, hiring process frustrating, turn over, being understaffed is not a good sign- poor leadership.
