Pros

Fair pay and takes years of experience into account. Only retailer I have ever worked at that offers lunches every weekend!

Hard to promote without being willing to relocate my family.

Pros

They are all very welcoming as soon as you set foot into the facility. From training with your instructor to shadowing team members you will never feel like you are not learning some sort of new information about products, procedures, and even engaging with guest. Even has constant appreciation to all team members. Something you dont find at a lot of companies. Plus many opportunities to grow in the company.

Cons

A lot of information will be given the first couple weeks. Sometimes hard to retain everything.
