co-workers are friendly, free food on weekends

Cons

A lot of pressure to bend the truth about product quality and materials. Particle board is "hardwood solid". Care free protection plan sales pitch "forgets" to mention $99 dollar pick-up charge, and $99 inspection fee to determine lf items qualify for the coverage customers have already paid for.Also, there is a lot of pressure to skip breaks to keep up sales numbers. They will ask you to delay your break, and when you try to finally take it in the last hour of your shift, they will tell you to punch out and go home if its not too busy.

Nice furniture. Some great people that have to work under some extreme conditions with minimal pay. Stay away from this company unless Amazon buys them out.

Cons

Terrible corporate structure. Micromanaging to an extreme. Your opinion doesn’t matter. Try a positive work environment, you might be able to hire and retain people. You want to be a big company, need to learn how to operate like one.
