      Horrible place to work

      Pros

      There are some nice people who work there but most of them are NOT in management

      Cons

      All the company really cares about is profit. They expect their employees to work long hours with minimal training and they will write you up for not performing your job correctly even though you were not trained. If you do not meet sales goals you will be terminated. Your raises and reviews are based on surveys that consumers fill out. Since their delivery and quality of service are frequently poor, employees suffer in the paycheck because their performance is rated poorly even if they did everything right.

      Good co-workers . Lunch provided on weekends, beautiful store, reasonably priced merchandise, visually appealing to a first time buyer, good location,

      Management not up to par on most things, extreme favoritism, poor follow thru on training, unrealistic sales goals, no feedback provided, age discrimination rampant, management unable to lead a cohesive selling team effectively

      It's a job I guess.

      Terrible stress, unhealthy enviroment, , constant chatter on ear pieces, non stop horrible treatment. Employees (LEADS) got away with drinking on the job, sexual harassment, inappropriate behavior, rude behavior..I could go on forever. This place wore down my mental health and self esteem in just a few short months from the stress and terrible treatment.
