Pros

Excellent corporate culture w/ team events, Christmas parties, employee recognition programs, and engaging common spaces/office lay out. It's very much a start up culture backed w/ and added sense of security being backed by a parent company with such deep pockets.

Cons

The same growing pains anyone company growing so quickly should experience. Many departments are understaffed but the company has very strict hiring policies.

Great atmosphere, poor management and culture

Pros

- lots of free snacks, food and also free drinks at the monthly events - open concept - great place for non-tech people. One of the only start-ups in Toronto where non-tech business people get similar benefits to tech (except macs). Not too many other places like this for analysts

Cons

- secretive management, no delegation of decisions - heavy focus on people's titles - all decisions made by a few people at the top - no autonomy in the workplace - no macs for business people, only tech
