I loved working here in the Strategic Investments group. Really driven employees who are there for the mission

Cons

The group had a bit of a startup mentality, and that led to some overworking. Its also difficult navigating the priorities of the group and the larger company

Great mission and ability to invest in communities across the country. Strides have been taken in recent years to improve systems and processes. Ability to have autonomy and shape role.

Cons

Patriarchal and very hierarchal management styles. There is little transparency at high levels of management. A salary survey was done years ago and never made public. Poor internal communication that varies greatly depending on your department or team. There is no clear path for growth. Management is not open to feedback nor understand collaborative or inclusive teambuilding. Often feedback is met with retaliatory behavior.
