      Pros

      This is the most supportive work enviornment I've ever been in. On days that you may not be feeling you are on your A-Game, supervisors and co-workers don't skip a beat in giving words of encouragement and constructive criticism. Motivational videos are shown on a regular basis and realistic goals are set on short and long term status. The raffles that are had when goals are met are a wonderful perk as well!

      Cons

      It's been said that this will be your favorite job when you're doing well, and a job you will hate when you aren't getting sales. A tough layer of skin is required for this job as it can be difficult to stay optimistic and/or persistant.

      Pros

      Great team to work with, mangement is helpful and determined to help me succeed. The pay sructure is acheviable and surpasses anywhere else I've ever worked. I love coming to my job!!! I feel important and valued.

      Cons

      There is a quota to meet, but is attainable with dedication.t I have to say that I wouldn't want to really work somewhere if there wasn't any type of goal, individual and group.

      Pros

      Google Channel Partner. Company that cares, Management spends extensive time with Google reps and at Google headquarters, to stay current and make sure that our clients get maximum benefits and results while using the program. Paid, Holiday, sick, vacation days. Rewarding spiffs, contests and prizes. Great insurance benefits and 401k. Excellent hours M-F 7am-4pm

      Cons

      The Revenue floor gets hot in the afternoons even with the fans blowing and ac on.
