      Pros

      Local Splash is a great place to work, offering one of the most encouraging workplaces--a mode of operation that other companies should follow. This is the first company I've worked at where employees really feel that their time and efforts are valued, respected, and appreciated!

      Cons

      The job itself is very challenging, but this is offset by the team atmosphere.

      Great Atmosphere, Very Team Oriented, Commission, Spiffs, Daily and Weekly goals with incentives, Good Management, Advancement Opportunities, Good Customer Fulfillment, Great Product. "I have worked for other SEO companies and they do not compare to how good this place is we really have a good system here and fulfill our promise to our clients and management is constantly trying to advance and make things even better. I am stoked to work here I would recommend to anyone. "

      Pros

      Great team to work with, mangement is helpful and determined to help me succeed. The pay sructure is acheviable and surpasses anywhere else I've ever worked. I love coming to my job!!! I feel important and valued.

      Cons

      There is a quota to meet, but is attainable with dedication.t I have to say that I wouldn't want to really work somewhere if there wasn't any type of goal, individual and group.
