      Pros

      Working with Local Splash has allowed me the opportunity to help small businesses grow. The feeling you get when you help someone grow there company with a brand name exposure is amazing.

      Cons

      Working in a call center can have it's challenges, however the PRO out weigh the CONS.

      The best part of working here is everybody is awesome here. The program works well for our clients. I like selling marketing that Actually works!
