Pros

If you embrace change, then this is the right company to work for. There is a lot of opportunity for upward mobility. The culture is fun and extremely high energy. They encourage all levels of employment to contribute. There is a lot of opportunity to make a very good living, starting from the entry level. The compensation is base +/or commission. It's all about the amount of elbow grease you are willing to put in. The company does their best to deliver results to clients, and stands behind the product.

Cons

The sales department can be pretty stressful, and there are a lot of "personalities" to overcome.. However, these are cons for pretty much all sales jobs. The pros definitely outweigh the cons.

Pros

Hourly isnt bad for telemarketing job. Paid holidays and vacation after 90 days. Everything in vending machines are at cost.

Cons

Management sucks!! From the top to the team leads. Nothing is handled discreetly everyone knows everyone's business. Mangers have no training just made their qouta to become closers two weeks in a row.
