      Work from home. Uncapped commission.

      Cons

      Your scolded like a little kid with no real coaching or help. When it's going great, we're the best. When it's going bad we're lazy and we are the problem. Creates a toxic workplace and many people are scared to speak up.

      Hiring process is a joke. HORRIBLE communication and try to low ball you on compensation.I was offered a more senior position in my interview and they tried to offer minimum wage after taking over a week past the initial deadline. I questioned the compensation and they rescued the offer. DON’T waste your time if you're a pro. RUN ……. FAR & FAST.
